Pat Young Chief Technology Officer
Pat Young as Chief Technology Officer brings 20 plus years in the Weatherization industry. Over the years Pat has worked with the utility companies, state agencies and the Department of Energy to design and refine the processes used to minimize energy consumption and maximize the return on investment.
Mr. Young obtained his Certified State of NH. Energy Auditor licensed on 9-15-1986 and has inspected more than 4000 single family homes in his career. And he has trained many of the contractors that are part of the AWS team.
From a single family home to major public housing projects Pat has produced exceptional results and has been an advocate for weatherization programs for those that need it most.
He now recognizes the need for everyone, in these tough economic times, to benefit from his experience and slash their energy bills, reduce their carbon footprint and live a comfortable and safe existence.

Pat, a decorated Vietnam War veteran having served in the Air Force from 1963-1968 as a Staff Sergeant, lives in Farmington NH with his wife Janine and is the father of two grown children.
Jim Allen Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager
James Y. “J.Y.” Allen, Lt Col, USAF (Ret.) proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1976 through 1997, retiring after 21 + years of active duty military service.His final assignment was as the Commander, AFROTC Detachment 475, University of New Hampshire where he was charged with preparing the next generation of United States Air Force leaders.
He also served in various line and staff positions at the Unified Command, Intermediate Command, and Operational Command levels.His background includes Plans and Policy, Research and Development, Operational Testing, Weapons System Acquisition, Space and Missile Operations, and Personnel/Finance Mission Support assignments.
Since 1997, he has served in several senior level Financial Administrator and Business Manager positions, to include Chief Financial Officer, Fiscal Director, and Assistant Director for Finance and Administration.
Jim holds a Master’s in Logistics Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Norwich University.He resides in Dover NH with his wife Dorene; they have two grown children and four grand-children.
Mike Greco Chief Marketing Officer and Environmental Consultant Mike has over 30 years of executive experience in program/product management, marketing and sales in the technology industry. In addition, he has owned and managed a marketing consulting company specializing in e-commerce and web based marketing and was a pioneer in the business products recycling market.
He founded and managed a recycling services company that served over 6,000 customers in the North America and has for years promoted environmental programs with a particular interest in renewable resources. His company was amongst the first to use the web for promoting recycling and the use of web based order management for the thousands of customers that participated in the company's Cash for Trash recycling programs.
Prior to his marketing career, Mike held senior management positions in worldwide procurement and contracts, distribution, manufacturing management, quality assurance and customer relations.
He also has hands-on experience selling products and services to the Federal Government as a certified GSA Advantage and Department of Defense contractor. Mike holds a BSBA from Le Moyne College and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Mike has three children and nine grandchildren.
